My name is Phil Brennan, and I am one of the owners and founders of the company.
I started my career over twenty five years ago as an operations research analyst for ZS Associates, a global management consulting firm specializing in sales and marketing. My work there focused on sales force sizing, structure, and territory design. After ZS, I joined Health Products Research, a consulting company for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical products industries. At HPR, I worked in their call planning department and later led their territory alignment group.
In 2000, I co-founded marketRx, Inc., a leading provider of analytics and related software services to global Life Sciences companies. Within 8 years, we grew the company from the original three founders to over 300 consultants worldwide. In 2007, Cognizant Technology Solutions acquired marketRx.
As much as I enjoyed the excitement of running the operations of a multi-national corporation, I have to admit that I missed the fun of hands-on analysis and project management. Keeping that in mind, I started Analytics In Focus with the goal of staying close to the projects that we take on.
Over the last twenty five years, I have consulted to some of the largest corporations worldwide, and I have analyzed sales force sizes, structures, and call planning tools for dozens of companies. I have been responsible for sales territory design for tens of thousands of sales representatives across the globe. My name is Jennifer Brennan, and I'm one of the owners and founders of Analytics In Focus.
After graduating from Rutgers College with a BA in Mathematics / Statistics in 1998, I joined Health Products Research where I learned the fine art of territory design. I managed several top-ten pharmaceutical alignment projects during my tenure there.
I left Health Products Research to work as an analyst at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where I supported two therapeutic areas with their data analysis needs.
Wanting to return to the consulting side of the business, I later joined marketRx where I worked as a project leader in the sales force alignment group.
For the last ten years, I've worked with a wide variety of healthcare, manufacturing, and franchising companies to design their nationwide alignments in the U.S. and Canada.
